ROSE HIPS (picked in the Courchevel area) - Rich in vit. C and antioxidants which support the immune system.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Boil water
2. Pour water on your tea. If you're brewing a single cup, you'll need a cup and an infuser. Place the tea in the infuser and pour the boiling water over it, removing the infuser once brewed.
3. Brew the tea for 3-5 minutes
4. Finishing touches. Add sugar, honey or Dandelion Honey (you can find the recipe here)
5. Enjoy! There's nothing quite like a nice, well-deserved cup of tea.
