• RED CLOVER (picked in the Courchevel area) - Decreases menopausal symptoms and premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms due to Isoflavones - a type of Phytoestrogen which have similar chemical makeup to estrogen.

• YARROW (picked in the Courchevel area) - Yarrow, is a herb closely related to Chamomile. Lessens menstrual bleeding and promotes better circulation.​

​

• FORSYTHIA - (picked in the Courchevel area) - Due to its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral properties, forsythia is typically used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat bacterial and viral infections, and it's even been studied in treating certain cancers.

• ROSE PETALS (picked in the Courchevel area) - Has anti-inflammatory effects, can also help to reduce dysmenorrhea, or menstrual pain. One study found a significant reduction in period-related cramping and bloating.
