All the ingredients (except ginger, turmeric and peppercorns which I bought from the organic shop) are handpicked by me in the French Alps, away from any pollution.

HEATEA INGREDIENTS:

• GINGER dried (bio agriculture, from the organic shop) - Ginger is a diaphoretic, which means it will help your body warm from the inside out.

​

• TURMERIC dried (bio agriculture, from the organic shop) - Turmeric is known as a “warming” spice, promoting blood flow and stimulating digestion and therefore better nutrient absorption.

• PEPPERCORNS (bio agriculture, from the organic shop) - Curcumin in turmeric and piperine in black pepper have been shown to improve health due to their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and disease-fighting qualities.

• HORSETAIL (picked in the Courchevel area)- Rich in silicone which strengthens connective tissue. Also rich in potassium, aluminum, magnesium, saponins, phytosterols , phenolic acids, cafeic acids, alkaloids and tannins. Fifteen type of bioflavonoids.

• ELDERFLOWER (picked in the Courchevel area) - Treats colds and flu symptoms. Treats sinus infections and other respiratory disturbances. Has antibacterial and antiviral properties and many more benefits.
