All the ingredients (except bananas, lemons, orange, raisins and cinnamon, which I bought from the organic shop) are handpicked by me in the French Alps, away from any pollution.

APPLE CRUMBLE TEA INGREDIENTS:

​

• APPLES (picked in the Courchevel area)- May help prevent cancer, strengthen your heart, lungs and immune system. Helps with weight loss and gut health.

• CARAMELIZED LILAC (picked in the Courchevel area) - Prevents premature ageing, boosts immune system, reduces fever, lowers anxiety and stress, eliminates parasites.​

• ORANGE PEEL (bio agriculture, from the organic shop) - These peels are rich in fiber, vitamin C, folate, vitamin B6, calcium and other essential nutrients. The skin of the oranges contains a good amount of polyphenols that protect against several diseases. Peels have anti-cancerous properties, due to the presence of limonene, a naturally occurring chemical.

• RAISINS (bio agriculture, from the organic shop) - Raisins contain healthy vitamins and minerals. They are also fat-free and cholesterol-free, high in antioxidants and are an excellent source of fiber. Raisins may help you: relieve constipation, prevent anemia, build and maintain strong bones, protect your teeth, lower your risk of cancer and heart disease.
