This herbal tea is absolutely delicious! Is full of the sweet and sour flavour of lemons, oranges and lovely lemon verbena.

All the ingredients (except, oranges and lemons which I bought from the organic shop) are handpicked by me in the French Alps, away from any pollution.

CYTRUSYTEA INGREDIENTS:

• LEMON VERBENA (picked in the Courchevel area) - Lemon verbena is used for : weight loss, strengthening muscles, reducing inflammation, boosting immunity, recovering muscle damage caused by exercise, joint pain, alleviate trouble sleeping (insomnia), asthma, colds, fevers, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, skin conditions, and chills. It can also be used for digestive disorders including indigestion, gas, colic, diarrhea, and constipation.

• ORANGE SLICES (bio agriculture, from the organic shop) - Oranges, like many other citrus fruits, are famed for their vitamin C and antioxidant content. Tea, on the other hand, works as an anti-inflammatory, antihypertensive, and antioxidative.

• LEMON AND ORANGE PEEL (bio agriculture, from the organic shop) - These peels are rich in fiber, vitamin C, folate, vitamin B6, calcium and other essential nutrients. The skin of the oranges contains a good amount of polyphenols that protect against several diseases. Peels have anti-cancerous properties, due to the presence of limonene, a naturally occurring chemical.
