Refund Policy
Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to alpinedottea@gmail.com, including the date and order number, e-mail address to which the order was registered (if different from the sender's address) and a description of the problem and justification for the complaint request. The complaint is considered within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The basis for the complaint is the objectively existing defect of the e-book (as Alpine Dottea's duty is to deliver the product without defects), which makes it impossible or clearly difficult to read it. Complaints are not considered positively in a situation where the inability to read the file or its unattractive shape result from the specificity of the device used by the Consumer or the lack of software.
Complaints are also not subject to an e-book purchased with the intention of buying a paper book due to a consumer's mistake. Unless the file has been downloaded, it is possible to withdraw from the contract, but downloading the file, which means consent to the commencement of the service, prevents both withdrawal from the contract and the product complaint, unless it has other significant defects.
Withdrawal from the contract is made by sending an email to alpinedottea@gmail.com with the date and number of the order, the email address to which the order was registered (if different from the sender's address) and a clear request to withdraw from the contract. The verification and refund process takes up to five business days.
